❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Program Managers—a role available only on Amplify sites. You may also see this role referred to as Advanced Program Manager; both terms refer to the same user type.

Overview

You can review reports about your Program’s:

  • Opportunities

  • Users

  • Site activity

Each report provides insights to help you monitor participation, track volunteer hours, and evaluate engagement across your Programs.

Standard Reports

Opportunities

Report Title

Description

Attendance Report

Shows who attended an Opportunity and the number of pending or approved hours submitted. Includes Team assignments, if applicable.

Opportunity Needs

Compares Opportunity response rates to help identify which Opportunities are performing well or may need additional promotion.

FEMA: Volunteer Data for Reimbursement

Tracks volunteer hours and impact during an officially declared disaster. FEMA requires this report for reimbursement requests.

Users

Report Title

Description

Custom Registration Question Metrics

Displays volunteer responses to custom registration questions, along with lifetime hours and last login date.

Qualification Status Review

Shows the status of qualifications assigned to your Opportunities, including response counts and last updated dates.

User Group Member Metrics

Compares User Group engagement, including submitted responses and total volunteer hours.

Activity Reports

You can filter Activity Reports by date range and export data as a PDF or spreadsheet.

Report Title

Description

Daily Activity

Displays site activity for a selected day, including Program or Opportunity views, user logins, and Opportunity responses.

Monthly Activity

Provides activity details for a selected month, including volunteer and facilitator login trends.

Quarterly Activity

Shows engagement data across a selected quarter to help identify seasonal participation trends.


Note: The three-month quarters start with January, April, July, and October. Ex. Q1 includes data ranging from January to March.
