❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Program Managers—a role available only on Amplify sites. You may also see this role referred to as Advanced Program Manager; both terms refer to the same user type.
You can view a list of volunteers who have either checked in with the Check-In Kiosk or have been checked in through the site from the Hours area of your dashboard. This applies to volunteers who are currently checked in for an Opportunity.
Hours Area
1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.
2. Select the Checked In Now tab.
3. Review the list of volunteers currently checked in.
4. See a snapshot of how many users are currently checked in and the date:
Checking Volunteers Out of an Opportunity
If you're ready to check volunteers out of an Opportunity:
1. Use the dropdown under the Check-Out column from the Checked In Now tab.
Select Check Out With The Shift End Time to automatically apply that end time for their hours.
Select Check Out With A Custom Time to select a date and time to apply for their hours.
2. Click Check Out to finish.
