It's time for volunteers to start showing up and you want to ensure they sign in when they arrive so their hours are accurately reported. You can do this, by checking them in!
Checking Volunteers In
To check in volunteers, you must log into your Program Facilitator account, then:
Go to Volunteerism > Hours from your dashboard.
Click Check-In.
Select List under the Opportunity you want to check volunteers in for.
Select a User Group as applicable.
Here you can review important Opportunity details under the Opportunity title—e.g., the date and time, how many volunteers are checked in, and how many slots are available.
Check the boxes beside the volunteers you want to check in and click Check In Users.
The volunteers' statuses under the Checked In column changed from No to Yes and now appear in the Checked In Now tab.
