Overview
If you want to see what volunteers experience when they visit your organization’s site, you can view the site from the volunteer perspective.
This allows you to review how information appears to volunteers and understand their experience when navigating the platform.
There are two ways to do this:
Viewing the site from your facilitator account
Creating a new volunteer account
View Site
The easiest way to see the volunteer perspective is by using the View Site option.
Click View Site beside your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner of the page. This takes you to the main dashboard that volunteers see when they sign in to the site.
To return to your Program Facilitator view, click My Program.
Create a New Account
You can also view the volunteer perspective by creating a separate volunteer account.
This method allows you to experience the full volunteer registration process.
To create a new account:
Log out of the site.
Click Sign Up from the top menu bar.
Complete the steps to create a new account using a different email address.
If you are an Amplify Program Facilitator, select the Registration Track you want to complete.
Registration Tracks are not available on Sustain sites.
Complete the remaining steps required to finish creating the account.
Once registration is complete, you will be viewing the site from the volunteer perspective.
