❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Program Facilitators. Program Facilitators are only available to Amplify and Sustain sites.

What do the volunteers see when they visit your organization's site? You can check it out via the volunteer perspective! You can do this by either viewing the site or creating a new account.

View Site

The first way you can view the site from a volunteer's perspective is by clicking View Site beside your profile picture or initials in the top right of the page:

  • This takes you to the main dashboard where volunteers are taken when they sign into the site.

  • You can always return to your Program Facilitator view by clicking My Program.

Create a New Account

You can also view the volunteer perspective by creating a new account with a different email address.

  1. Log out of the site.

  2. Click Sign Up from the top menu bar.

  3. Go through the steps of creating a new account.

    • If you're an Amplify Program Facilitator, select the Registration Track you want to complete.

      • Registration Tracks are not available on Sustain sites.

    • Then complete all of the necessary steps for creating an account.

  4. You're now viewing the site from the volunteer's perspective!
