Viewing Opportunities
First, you must be logged into your Program Facilitator account.
Go to Volunteerism > Opportunities
On this page, you can:
See what Opportunities are assigned to your Program
Review expired Opportunities
Export Opportunity and shift information to a CSV
Filter the table to get the information you need!
Click the Opportunity Title you want to view.
From here, you can:
Review the Opportunity's settings
Find the Opportunity's link to share with your community
See what User Groups are assigned to the Opportunity
Review shift information for that Opportunity—if it has scheduled shifts
Check the number of volunteer hours submitted for that Opportunity
Exporting Opportunity Information
Go to Volunteerism > Opportunities
Click Export Opportunities to export information about Opportunities to a CSV or Export Shifts to export shift information to a CSV
