Overview
You can review emails sent from your site, including email blasts and automated notifications, in the Communication area. This helps you track delivery, engagement, and overall communication activity.
Reviewing Sent Emails
To review a list of sent emails from you, other admins, or the site, go to Communication > Sent emails.
Here, you can see the subject of the email, when it was sent, who sent it, the recipient, and its status.
Email Statuses
Status | Description |
Clicked | This means the member clicked on a link in the sent email. |
Delivered | This means the email was delivered to a verified email address. |
Opened | This means the member opened the email. |
Sent | This means the email was sent. |
