Overview
You can send personalized emails to members directly from several areas of your site. This makes it easy to follow up, share updates, or send quick thank-you messages. Depending on your workflow, you can email members from Quickstart, Members, Schedule, or Reporting.
The Quickstart Button
Use Quickstart when you want to quickly send an email without navigating through other areas.
Click Quickstart.
Select New email.
Search for recipients by name, shift, or tags.
Draft your message.
Click Send email.
The Members Button
Use this option when you’re already viewing or managing a specific member.
Click Members.
Open the options menu for the member.
Click Send email.
Draft your message.
Click Send email.
Schedule Area
Use this when messaging members about a specific shift.
Go to Schedule.
Click the shift.
From here, you can:
Draft your message.
Click Send email
Reporting Area
Use this when following up on member activity or report data.
Go to Reporting > Members report.
Run the report for the desired date range.
Click the member’s email address.
Draft your message.
Click Send email.
