Agency Manager Training Video

Now that you've been assigned as an Agency Manager or had your agency request approved on a volunteer site, you may be wondering where to get started! Additionally, recorded training sessions are available for on-demand viewing, providing flexibility for Agency Managers to learn at their own pace.

Check out this video Agency Manager Training 2025 to get started:

Live Training

We offer live training through a Zoom webinar. In this training, we cover the basics of getting started as an agency manager as well as offer some tips and hints so that your agency is set up for success. You will be muted during the webinar, but if you have any questions, you're encouraged to pop them into the chatbox.

For those unable to attend live sessions, recorded training sessions are also available for flexible, on-demand learning.

  • This training occurs on the first and third Mondays of the month from 2 pm - 3 pm EST.

    • Except on holidays, as our offices are closed on holidays.

  • Register for an upcoming live webinar now!

  • Access recorded training sessions anytime through the Agency Manager Training page for on-demand learning.

Additional Training

For questions about how your site is configured or which features are available:

  • Contact your Site Manager.

Your Site Manager:

  • Configures how your site looks and functions

  • Enables available tools and features

  • Submits technical support requests, if needed

They are your primary point of contact for site-specific guidance and resources.

Terminology Clarifications

In Get Connected, the terms "organization" and "agency" are used interchangeably. This means that resources labeled for "Agency Managers" also apply to "Organization Managers."
