β Heads up! This article is only intended for Advanced Program Managers. Advanced Program Managers are only available on Amplify sites. Please note, you may see or hear Advanced Program Managers referred to as Program Managers. This is the same user role type.
Want volunteers to see that emails sent from the site are coming from you? Simply update the From email address! You can make this change right from the Email Blast area of your dashboard.
We recommend keeping the no-reply email since it usually gets through spam filters. This is because default addresses like noreply@galaxydigital.com are already properly authenticated with email providers, while custom addresses require additional configuration.
Verifying a New From Email Address
Go to Communication > Email Blast.
Select the Click To Verify A New From Address button.
Type the email you want verified in the Email From Address Field.
Click Submit.
Check the email submitted to see if an email came through from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Click the link in the email to confirm the email address.
The link expires after 24 hours.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see an email from AWS.
When you click the link, it takes you to an AWS confirmation page.
A green check appears beside the added email once verified.
FAQs on Email Deliverability Challenges
Why Are Emails Flagged as Unverified?
Emails sent from custom sender addresses may be flagged as unverified because the system cannot authenticate such addresses without DKIM records. Proper installation and validation of these records resolves this issue. Recipient whitelisting offers a temporary fix. Please contact your Site Managers to discuss these options.
