Navigating the Admin menu
Welcome to your Admin Panel menu! Here, you can complete actions like adding new organizations or checking in on course progress. There are six sections in this menu, including:
Admin Panel
From the Admin Panel, you can access several modules including:
Your Dashboard: This is the landing page when you click Admin Panel from the front end.
Media: Here is where you can upload media, like .pdfs, images, videos, etc.
Memberpress: Here is where you build memberships for training classes, courses, etc.
Quizzes and Surveys
Users: This is where you can access a list of all your site's users.
Board Messages: These are course correspondences.
MailPoet: This is a free email plugin that you can use on the site. Send emails or email newsletters through here.
Organizations: Here is where you can find information about the nonprofits registered on your site.
Groups: Here you can find information about each nonprofit and who has a user account tied to that nonprofit.
Pages: This is where you can edit the different pages on your site, like the Resources pages, About Us page, FAQs page, etc.
Export Data: Here, you can find and export site reports, etc.
Easy Accordion: Here you can add and manage your site's FAQs.
WP Mail FMTP
You can return to the front end of your site by clicking Support > View Site.
Organization Management
From here, you can add new organizations, review pending organizations, and review pending join requests.
Course and Member Management
Here is where you manage your courses and members.
Program Courses: This is where you create and edit courses.
Program Members: Review members to see if they're in a program.
Program Transactions: This is where you create and edit transactions to add members to a program.
Course Progress
Here you can see attendees' progress in a course and who plans to attend an Agency Fair. Agency Fairs match attendees to the organizations in the fair and allow agencies to see candidates attending the fair.
Board Representative Management
Here you can see, contact, and manage board representatives in organizations. You can also edit organization information from here, like updates to its profile or board positions.
FAQ
You can create and manage FAQs for your site from the Edit User FAQs area or the Easy Accordion area in your menus.
