How Shift Site Admins can track member attendance

Heads up! This article is intended for Shift Site Admins.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Check whether members attended the opportunity shifts they registered for

  • Review attendance from reports or the schedule

  • Communicate with members directly from attendance reports

Overview

You can track member attendance using the Reporting or Schedule areas. Reports let you filter by member or opportunity, while the schedule shows attendance at a glance. You can also email members directly from reports if follow-up is needed.

Members Report

  1. Go to Reporting > Members report.

  2. Select the date range for attendance review.

  3. Click Run report.

  4. Filter by member or opportunity, or sort to find the data you need.

  5. Review the Attended column to track which members attended.

✏️ Quick tip: Click a member’s email in the report to email them directly from this area.

Registrations

  1. Go to Reporting > Registrations.

  2. Sort the Attended column to quickly see all checked (attended) or unchecked (missed) shifts.

Schedule Area

  1. Go to Schedule.

  2. Select the shift on the calendar you want to review.

  3. Look for a checkmark under the Attended column to confirm attendance.

  4. Hours logged appear under the Hours column.
