Manually add new members through multiple areas of the site
Invite members to complete their profiles via email
Share links so volunteers can register themselves
Overview
You can add members manually using the Quickstart, Members, or Reporting buttons, or let volunteers register themselves by sharing links to your opportunities. Email invites can help members complete their profiles and get started quickly.

The Quickstart Button
Select the Quickstart button.
Click New Member.
Fill out their contact information.
If you enter a valid email address, you can opt to send an email invite for them to create a password and complete their profile. Be sure to toggle the button On beside Send email invite if you want the site to send the notification.
You can also send them a personalized message! This is optional, but a great way to introduce yourself or get them excited about your site and volunteer opportunities!
Click Submit when you're ready!
The Members Button
Select the Members button.
Click the + beside Members at the top of the menu.
Fill out their contact information.
Click Submit when you're ready!
Reporting Area
Go to Reporting > Members.
Click Add new member.
Fill out their contact information.
Click Submit when you're ready!
Link Sharing
Want to invite new members to register accounts? You can share links to your opportunity shifts!
Go to the Schedule area.
Select the shift you want to get a shareable link for.
Click Share, and then you can select either Facebook or Twitter, or simply copy the link.
Start sharing your awesome opportunities so that volunteers in your community can register!
