By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Add and create custom Member Tags

  • Use tags to quickly filter and search for members

  • Apply tags to streamline reports, emails, schedules, and more

Overview

Member Tags help you group and organize members for easier management. Tags are private to admins and can be used to filter members when sending emails, reviewing reports, checking schedules, and performing other site actions.

Adding Member Tags

  1. Click the Members button.

  2. Select the three dots for the member you want to add a member tag to.

  3. Click View profile.

  4. Select the + beside Tags.

  5. Search for a tag you've already created to add to the member or create a new one!

Creating New Member Tags

  1. To create a new member tag, click the + beside Tags on the member's profile.

  2. Type the new tag in the Search tags field.

  3. Click + Create new tag. Now you can use that tag for future tagging!
