Viewing the Volunteer Schedule
As a Program Facilitator, you can review who is volunteering and when from your dashboard.
There are two main areas where you can check volunteer activity:
Scheduling, which provides a calendar view of upcoming Opportunities
Hours, where you can see who is currently checked in and review volunteer hours
Scheduling
The Scheduling area displays a calendar of scheduled Opportunities. From here, you can review Opportunity details and see which volunteers have responded.
Reviewing the schedule
To view the schedule:
Go to Volunteerism > Schedule.
Click View More on the date you want to review.
Select the number under Responses.
A new window opens showing:
Volunteers who have responded to the Opportunity
Any volunteers on the waitlist, if the Opportunity has reached its maximum capacity
Hours
The Hours area of your dashboard allows you to:
Check volunteers in for Opportunities
See who is currently checked in
Review volunteer hours
See Who's Checked In Now
To see which volunteers are currently checked in:
Go to Volunteerism > Hours.
Click Checked In Now.
From this view, you can see:
Which volunteers are currently checked in
The Opportunity they are participating in
Their check-in time
You can also check out volunteers from this page.
Under Check-Out, select the appropriate option from the dropdown to check out volunteers as needed.
