As a Program Facilitator, you can see who is volunteering and when! There are a few ways for you to check the schedule. You can review the Scheduling area of your dashboard for a calendar view of the current schedule. You can also review the Hours area of your dashboard to see who is checked in today.
Scheduling
From the Scheduling area of your dashboard, you can review a calendar with scheduled Opportunities. If you click on a specific date, you can see more details about that Opportunity—including who is scheduled.
Reviewing the Schedule
Go to Volunteerism > Schedule and click View More on the date you want to check.
Click the number under Responses to see who has responded.
In the next window, you can see who responded for that Opportunity and, if a waitlist is enabled, who is on the waitlist if the Opportunity has met its max capacity.
Hours
If you want to check in volunteers for an Opportunity, see who is checked in now, or review hours, you can see all of this from the Hours area of your dashboard.
See Who's Checked In Now
To see who is checked in now, click Checked In Now.
You can see who is checked in, for what Opportunity, and what time they checked in.
You can also check out volunteers from this area.
Under Check-Out, select an option from the dropdown to check out volunteers as needed.
