Volunteer Opportunities are essential to a successful Program. We understand creativity can be challenging, so we’ve provided examples to inspire you.
Writing Great Descriptions
The Opportunity Description lets you personalize your volunteer Opportunities with details beyond the Create Opportunity form. Use it to:
Add images that show what volunteers will do
Use color and headings to organize information
Embed videos
Insert links to resources, other Opportunities, or Events
Customize the Description to share the key information your audience needs to know.
The Text Editor
The text editor in your Opportunity Description field is the same one used to personalize your Program profile page. Here are the tool buttons you encounter with this editor:
