Heads up! This article is intended for Amplify and Center Site Managers. Sustain does not have Volunteer Impact Pages or the Community Impact area.

Do you want to showcase the amazing impacts your volunteers have made on the community? You can share that impact with Volunteer Impact Pages (VIPs)!

You can create impact pages to highlight all the great things your volunteers are doing in your community. VIPs can be made public or kept internal. VIPs are great for:

  • Highlighting top volunteers, hours, and Need/Opportunity responses

  • Showcasing progress toward established volunteer-impact goals

  • Sharing images, links, spotlights, or videos

An internal VIP is only shared with volunteers registered on your site.

ℹ️ So you know: Some sites have language overrides in place. This means you might see Needs in place of Opportunities, Agencies in place of Programs, or Prerequisites in place of Qualifications.

Sharing Volunteer Impact

VIPs can be shared through social media posts, emails, in-app notifications, or on your dashboard. You can also share them through your Rotator Images, spotlights, etc.

Creating a Volunteer Impact Page

Whether you're creating an internal or public impact page, the process is the same:

  1. Go to Content > Impact Pages.

  2. Select either Volunteer Impact Page (Public) or Volunteer Impact Page (Internal):

  3. Start creating your page!

  4. You can add rows to the bottom and top of the page by clicking Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom:

  5. You can add content to those rows by clicking Add Content to Row:

  6. Once you've added all that you want on the page, click Preview Page to see how it looks on the front end.

  7. When you're ready, click Submit Page.

  8. Now, share your page link with your community!

✏️ Quick tip: You can find the shareable links for your pages in the Manage Impacts area.
