Our Multi-Track Registration Online Training helps you learn the basics of using Tracks in Community Connect at your own pace. The training includes videos, articles, and quizzes to help you feel confident navigating and managing your Tracks setup.

This training is a great fit if:

  • You have questions about how Tracks work

  • You want to plan the best volunteer experience for your Tracks

  • You’re deciding whether a Track should connect to a Program, a User Group, both, or neither

  • You prefer learning visually—this training includes several videos

Note: Our learning management system (LMS) is hosted separately from Community Connect. You’ll need to create a new user account to complete this training.

Q. What if I don’t see Tracks in my site?
A. Not all sites have the Tracks feature enabled. If you don’t see it, contact us through the Message Widget in your Site Manager Dashboard and ask to speak with a human agent for assistance.
