Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers.
We know how vital reporting is to your organization! Your Reports area includes Standard Reports and Data Explorers—so you can find the reports you need quickly.
ℹ️ So you know: Some sites have language overrides in place. This means you might see Needs in place of Opportunities, Agencies in place of Programs, or Prerequisites in place of Qualifications.
Data Explorers
To get to your site's Data Explorers, navigate to Reports from the top menu bar, then click Data Explorers.
Data Explorer Reports
Report | Description |
Agencies or Programs | See which Agencies or Programs have the most user engagement. |
Needs or Opportunities | See which Needs or Opportunities have the most hours or responses. |
Users | See who has contributed the most hours or who hasn't been active in a while. |
Responses | See a detailed overview of Need or Opportunity responses. |
Hours | Review important details about submitted hours. |
Fans
*Only on Center sites. | Find out who has fanned, or favorited, your Agencies. |
Donations | Keep track of donations made through your site. |
Events
*Not on Sustain sites. | See how many RSVPs an event has received. |
RSVPs
*Not on Sustain sites. | Find details about volunteers who submitted an RSVP for an event. |
Filter and Export
You can filter any of the reports in the Data Explorers tab by Date Range. You can also click Table Filter to check or uncheck any additional columns you want to view in the table!
When you're ready to export your data to a CSV file, click the little Export button beside the Date Range field's Go button.
