❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Agency Managers. Agency Managers and the Agency Manager Toolbox are only available on Center sites.
Once you've registered your Agency on a site and set up your profile, you can add volunteer Needs and events, review your Agency's stats, add volunteer responses, and more!
The Agency Manager Dashboard
To get started, click My Agency at the top of the screen after you log into your account. This will take you to your Agency Manager Dashboard, where you can manage your Agency's profile, add volunteer Needs, review schedules, find helpful resources, and more!
Tabs on the Agency Manager Dashboard
Additional tabs may be available depending on the site you're registered with.
Tab | Description |
View | This takes you to the front end of the site where you can see what your Agency's profile looks like to volunteers. |
Edit | Here you can edit your Agency's information, add or remove Agency Managers, etc. You can also add photos to personalize your Agency's profile here! |
Needs | Ready to create a Need or want to manage existing Needs? This is where you can! This is also where you can:

Events | Here is where you can create and manage events for your Agency. This is also where you can export data for your events or event RSVPs |
Stats | Want to see how your Agency is doing? Check your Stats tab for data on your Agency's responses, hours, and more! This is also where you can:

Schedule | Want to review your Agency's schedule, see who has responded to a Need, or even contact the volunteers who have responded? You can from the Schedule tab! |
Time Tracking | Do you need to submit volunteer hours for your volunteers? You can from here! This is also where you can review and manage submitted hours for your Agency's Needs. |
Check-In | Here is where you can launch your Check-In Kiosk or check volunteers in for a Need they've responded to! |
Checked In Now | This is where you can see who is currently checked in for a Need. You can also check them out from here as necessary! |

Helpful Tips
There are question marks beside some fields in the Agency Manager view that provide you with clarification or further instructions. For example, when you're on the Edit tab, there's one located beside Agency Managers. Hover over these to receive helpful tips and instructions!
