  • Locate the Reports area on your site

  • Identify commonly used reports

  • Understand where to access key impact data

Your site tracks the impact your Agencies/Programs and Needs/Opportunities have on the community.

You can access this data at any time from the Reports area.

Access the Reports Area

  1. Navigate to your top menu bar.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Select the report category you want to review.

From there, you can view reports related to:

  • Volunteer hours

  • Responses

  • User activity

  • Program performance

  • Engagement trends
