❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers.

You can customize your dashboard so that when you log in there's a snapshot of important performance data. You can pick and choose which pieces of data you want displayed on your dashboard. We've provided an example of how you might set up your dashboard to report on Agency or Program performance.

Since every site is different, not every site will have the same options for their dashboards.

ℹ️ So you know: Some sites have language overrides in place. This means you might see Needs in place of Opportunities, Agencies in place of Programs, or Prerequisites in place of Qualifications.

Editing the Dashboard

1. Login to your manager account.

2. Make sure you're in the Manager view—this is the default view when you log in with your manager account.

  • You can always click Manager from the top menu bar to be taken to the Site Manager dashboard.

3. Click Edit beside Dashboard.

4. Start customizing how you want your dashboard to look!

Building the Dashboard

Now that you're on the Edit Dashboard page, it's time to start building it how you want.

1. Click an Add Row button to add sections to your dashboard.

2. Click Add Content to Row.

3. Select the Content Type.

  • Different fields appear for editing depending on the type you select.

    • Want to set your dashboard up for a quick agency performance review? Stick with the Chart content types.

  • You can set up your dashboard to quickly review how your Agencies are performing with views, posted Needs, Need responses, fans, etc.!

4. Fill out the necessary fields for that Content Type.

5. When you're finished, click Submit Page.

Use the Preview Dashboard button to see what it looks like before you hit Submit Page.

Don't like the placement of a row? You can move it!

  • Use the Move Row Down or Move Row Up buttons to move things around however you want.

  • You can also move individual pieces of content left or right with the Move Left or Move Right buttons.

Want to add more content to a row? No problem!

  • Use the Add Content to Row button to add more pieces of data.

You can also select Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom to add more rows in those areas.

Agency or Program Performance Example

Your site offers several avenues for you to review data about your Agencies or Programs. You can go to the Reports area of your site for specific reports about your Agencies/Programs, visit the Responses area to see which Agency's or Program's Needs or Opportunities have the most responses, or you can add content to your dashboard for a quick snapshot.

Here's an example of how you could set up your dashboard to quickly check in on how your Agencies or Programs are performing when you first log in to your manager account:

Here's how we built this example, but you can set yours up however you want!
