When managing your Disaster Track, you can opt to ask specific Standard, Disaster, or Custom Questions when volunteers register on that Track. You also have the option to create your own Custom Questions to ask!
Standard Questions
Standard Questions are used to collect general information from the volunteers. We have provided a list of Standard Questions you can choose to Show or Require when volunteers register on your Disaster Track.
To access and manage these questions for your Disaster Track:
Go to your Disaster Dashboard.
Select the Disaster Set Up dropdown and click Registration Track under Step 2: Review your Registration Track.
Click the Standard Questions tab.
Now you can manage those questions:
Check Show to make a Standard Question optional for volunteers to answer.
Check Require to make a Standard Question required for volunteers to answer.
Disaster and Custom Questions
You can select from a list of default Disaster Questions or create your own Custom Questions! Please note that the default Disaster and Standard Questions can't be edited. To manage Disaster and Custom Questions for your disaster Track:
Go to your Disaster Dashboard.
Select the Disaster Set Up dropdown and click Registration Track under Step 2: Review your Registration Track.
Click the Custom Questions tab. From here, you can manage the default Disaster Questions or create and manage your own Custom Questions.
Managing Disaster Questions
We've included a list of default Disaster Questions that are accompanied by a preset selection of answers for volunteers to choose from. These questions and their corresponding answers can't be edited. However, you can select which ones you want to be optional or required for volunteers to answer when registering through the Disaster Track.
To manage these questions:
Check Show to make a Disaster Question optional for volunteers to answer.
Check Require to make a Disaster Question required for volunteers to answer.
