❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Amplify Site Managers. Center and Sustain sites do not have Registration Tracks.

All volunteers who join your site will need to go through a Track. This is a path they take when registering on your site. You can see who is in a Track and the requirements they've completed for it from the Volunteer Lists tab in the Tracks area of your dashboard!

See Who's On a Track

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Tracks

  2. Select the Volunteer Lists tab.

  3. Use the Tracks dropdown to select the Track you need.

  4. Here you can see who is on that Track and how many steps they've completed.

    • You can also click Hide Complete to only see volunteers with steps to complete within that Track.

Removing Volunteers from a Track

Did a volunteer start a Track and halfway through, realize it wasn't the right one for them? No worries! You can simply remove them from that Track and put them in the correct one! This removes any record of that user completing the wrong Track.

This can also remove the user from a Program if the Track associated with the Program is the only way they're in it. They are still viewable by the Advanced Program Manager if they responded to an Opportunity or are part of a user group.

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Tracks > Volunteer Lists.

  2. Use the Tracks dropdown to select the Track you need.

  3. Click the (X) icon under the Options column for the individual you want to remove from the Track.

Emailing Volunteers on a Track

You have two options for emailing volunteers within a Track:

Send an Email to an Individual Volunteer on a Track

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Tracks > Volunteer Lists.

  2. Use the Tracks dropdown to select the Track you need.

  3. Click the volunteer's email from the Email column.

  4. When you're ready, click Send Email!

Send an Email to Several Volunteers on a Track

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Tracks > Volunteer Lists.

  2. Use the Tracks dropdown to select the Track you need.

  3. Check the box beside each user you want to email under the First Name column or check the box beside the First Name column to select all.

  4. Click Email Selected.

  5. When you're ready, click Send Email!
