Option

Description

Restrict registration to these email domains only

Limits registration to specific email domains. Enter each domain separated by a comma (galaxydigital.com, example.org). Only users with the listed domains can register.

Registration welcome message

Appears on Step 1 of registration. Customize this message to greet new volunteers, share your organization’s mission, or set the tone for their volunteer experience.

Track selection prompt

Displays when your site has multiple Registration Tracks. Use this message to guide volunteers toward the most appropriate track for them.

Default registration track

Sets the pre-selected track when a volunteer registers on your site. Volunteers can still choose another track from the dropdown.

Default track from Kiosk and Mobile App

Determines which registration track is used by default when users register through the Check-In Kiosk or Causer app.

Include Captcha on Registration

Helps prevent bots from creating accounts. Toggle On to enable Captcha or Off to disable it.

The Volunteer Perspective

To preview what registration looks like for volunteers:

  1. Sign out of your account.

  2. Click Sign Up on your site’s homepage.

  3. Follow the steps in the registration flow as if you were a new volunteer.

This is a great way to verify that your Registration Tracks and messaging appear as expected.
