Your site has a few different types of users accessing it, including manager types and non-manager types.
Main User Types
User Type | Description | Abilities |
Site Manager | Site Managers are in full control of the entire site, including site-wide branding, user information, communication tools, and reports.
*Amplify and Sustain sites are limited to two per site |

Advanced Program Manager | Advanced Program Managers are assigned as primary and secondary managers over the Programs on a site. They can't make site-wide changes, but they can edit the Programs they manage and schedule volunteers for Opportunities within those Programs.
*Only available to Amplify sites |

Agency Manager | Agency Managers maintain their Agency's profile page, and post volunteer Needs and events. They can't make any changes to a site's branding or settings, but they can update information for their Agencies. |

Program Facilitator | A Program Facilitator helps Site Managers and Advanced Program Managers oversee Programs.
*Only available on Amplify and Sustain sites |

Volunteers | While anyone can volunteer, including Site Managers, Advanced Program Managers, and Program Facilitators, volunteers typically respond to Opportunities and track their hours. |

Site Supervisor | A site supervisor is someone who acts as a good point of contact for volunteers. |

User Group Leader | A User Group leader can be assigned to manage a User Group. |
