Learn how to use the text editor as a Site Manager

❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Site Managers.

There are many areas on the site where you'll encounter the text editor to help craft and personalize descriptions and more.

Here are the different tool buttons available in the text editor and their descriptions:

Undo and Redo

Use Undo to step back and Redo to bring it back.

HTML Source Code

Open the HTML editor to embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, or add other custom HTML content.

Note: Some videos may not embed properly, causing broken links on your site.

Insert Table
Add a table to organize your content. Customize rows, columns, and cells to display things like volunteer schedules or impact data clearly.

Indent Controls
Use these buttons to increase or decrease the indent of your text for better formatting.

Alignment Controls
Adjust the alignment of images, videos, and text to fit your layout perfectly.

Bullet Points & Numbered Lists
Break up your text with bullet points or numbered lists to make key info easy to read.

Horizontal Line
Separate sections of your description with a horizontal line for clear visual breaks.

Insert/Edit Image
Add your logo, banners, or any images to personalize your description.

Headings
Create section headlines by choosing different sizes from the dropdown menu.

Text Styling
Make text stand out by bolding, italicizing, or underlining.

Text and Background Colors
Change text or background colors to highlight important information.

Insert/Edit Link
Add links to documents, videos, or training materials. To remove a link, just highlight it and click Remove Link.
