Before You Begin
Accurate reporting helps you:
Measure volunteer contributions
Monitor engagement with Needs or Opportunities
Track overall site performance
Report Update Timing
Standard Reports update instantly (live data).
Data Explorers update overnight.
New data entered today will appear tomorrow.
Access Reports
Click Reports from the top menu bar.
Select either:
Standard Reports
Data Explorers
Reports are grouped into categories such as: Favorites, Custom, Needs or Opportunities, Agencies or Programs, and more.
To open a report:
Click the report category.
Select the report name.
Use Quick Stats
Quick Stats provides a high-level summary of your site’s activity.
You can view:
Today
Current Month
Year to Date
Use Quick Stats for fast performance checks without running a full report.
To view details:
Click a category (e.g., Hours, Responses) for a deeper breakdown.
Favoriting Reports
Save time by favoriting frequently used reports.
To favorite a report:
Locate the report title.
Click the star icon next to the title.
Favorited reports appear at the top under the Favorites category.
Filtering Reports
Most reports include filtering options.
Common filters include:
Date Range
Agencies or Programs
Needs or Opportunities
Initiatives
To filter a report:
Open the report.
Select the appropriate filter options.
Apply or run the report.
Tip: Always review your Date Range filter to ensure accurate results.
Run a New or Existing Report
Some reports allow you to:
Run a new version with updated filters
Switch to a previously generated (older) report
Use a new report when you need updated or modified criteria.
Exporting Reports
To export report data:
Open the report.
Click one of the following options:
Export
Export PDF
Export Spreadsheet
Export icon
Export options vary by report type.
