See what reports are available to Program Managers

❖ Heads up! This article is intended for Program Managers—a role available only on Amplify sites. You may also see this role referred to as Advanced Program Manager; both terms refer to the same user type.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Access reports for your Programs

  • Favorite reports for quick access

  • Export report data for sharing

Overview

You can review and export reports about your Program’s:

  • Opportunities

  • Users

To access your reports:

  1. Go to Reports from the top menu bar.

  2. Select the report you want to review.

From the Reports area, you can:

  • Export report data

  • Favorite frequently used reports

  • Apply filters to refine report results

Favoriting Reports

You can favorite reports you use often so they appear in the Favorites section.

To favorite a report:

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Click the star icon beside the report title.

To remove a report from your favorites:

  • Click the star icon again to unselect it.

Exporting Reports

Reports can be exported to a CSV when you need to share Program data in important meetings or for a big presentation.

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Click the report title that you need to export.

  3. Filter the reports as needed.

  4. Click the Export button when finished.

For Opportunities reports, select the Opportunity you want to export data for with the Select Opportunity dropdown and click Go.

  • You also have the option to filter by date range in the Opportunity Metrics report.

  • For User reports, different selections are available depending on the report you're looking at.

Custom Registration Question Metrics: You can filter by date range on the Overview tab or select a custom question and date range on the Detail tab.

Qualification Status Review: You can select the Qualification and Status on the Detail tab.

User Groups Member Metrics: You can filter by date range on the Overview tab or select a User Group and Initiative on the Detail tab.
