How Advanced Program Managers manage their Program's hours

❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Advanced Program Managers.

As an Advanced Program Manager, you can manage hours submitted to your Program's Opportunities. This is all done from the Hours area of your dashboard.

Approving or Declining Hours

You can approve or decline hours individually or in bulk.

Approving Hours in Bulk

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.

  2. Check the boxes beside each hour you want to approve.

    • You can also select all by checking the box at the top of the column.

  3. Click +Approve Hours.

Approving Hours Individually

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.

  2. Use the dropdown under the Stats column to select Approved.

Declining Hours in Bulk

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.

  2. Check the boxes beside each hour you want to decline.

    • You can also select all by checking the box at the top of the column.

  3. Click X Decline Hours.

Declining Hours Individually

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.

  2. Use the dropdown under the Stats column to select Declined.

Hours Statuses

Here are the different hour statuses and what they mean.

Status

Description

Approved

These hours have been reviewed and approved.

Pending

These hours are waiting for approval.

Declined

These hours have been reviewed and declined by a manager.

Entered

These hours have been entered but not submitted for approval.

Inactive

These hours have been deleted by a manager or the volunteer.

Exporting Hours

You can export submitted hours to a .CSV from the Hours area of your dashboard.

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.

  2. Click Export Hours.
