❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Identify the different types of hours volunteers can submit

  • Submit hours on behalf of a volunteer

  • Understand how Individual, Anonymous, and Plus-one hours work

Overview

Various types of hours can be submitted on your site. While volunteers are encouraged to log their own hours, you may need to assist with submitting them.

The types of hours available depend on your site's settings.

For example, you can enable or disable Individual Hours and Plus-one Hours in your Settings. When disabled, volunteers will not see these options.

These are hours a volunteer has performed on their own—not in response to a Need or Opportunity on your site.

Anonymous

These are hours submitted on behalf of a volunteer who doesn't have an account on your site.
