❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for BoardConnect Nonprofit Representatives.

There are three main roles for Board Representatives, including Group Admin, Position Manager, and Representative. Each role has different levels of responsibilities.

Group Admins

Group Admins can edit board and organization profiles, edit group titles, change roles, remove members, approve join requests, manage board positions, see active candidates, and manage responses.

Position Managers

Position Managers can only remove themselves, but they can also manage board positions, see active candidates, and manage responses.

Representatives

Representatives can only remove themselves, see active candidates, and manage responses.

The menu options for My Board Menu and Edit Profile change depending on your role. For example, Group Admins see Board Group Members, Edit Board Info, Post New Position, and List of Board Positions. Representatives only see Board Group Members and List of Board Positions

Group Admins and Position Managers can manage board positions. Only the Group Admin can edit the organization and change the role of a board representative.
