❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Site Managers.

Curious about how volunteers can track their hours and responses? Do they ask about the impact they’ve made within your organization? Volunteers can easily access and download their volunteer resumes directly from their profiles. Plus, you can view or download their resumes by assuming their role!

ℹ️ So you know: Some sites have language overrides. This means you might see Needs instead of Opportunities, Agencies instead of Programs, or Prerequisites instead of Qualifications. You may also see menu options that differ from those in the examples since every site is set up differently.

How to Review a Resume

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Users.

  2. Select the user you want to review.

  3. Click Assume User by their name.

  4. Click their photo or initials in the top menu bar and select View Profile.

  5. Select Volunteer Resume.

    • To see a specific timeframe, select a Start and End date.

  6. Click Go. This downloads their resume as a .pdf.

You can download your resume by following these steps from your profile!

What's in a Volunteer Resume?

The volunteer resume includes:

  • A snapshot of the volunteers' hours, impact value, and number of Need or Opportunity responses they've submitted

  • A view of their hours by month

  • A view of which skills their volunteer hours and Need or Opportunity responses are associated with

  • A detailed breakdown of their volunteer hours—including Need or Opportunity name, Agency or Program title, the User Group they were assigned to if applicable, etc.
