Your site includes more than two dozen Standard Reports.


If you need data in a different format or with additional fields, you can request a Custom Report.

When to Request a Custom Report

Submit a request if:

  • The data you need is not available in Standard Reports

  • The data exists but is not formatted the way you need

  • You need specific columns or custom field groupings

Custom Reports are designed to bridge gaps in reporting needs.

How to Request a Custom Report

  1. Open the Message Widget in the bottom-right corner of your Site Manager dashboard.

  2. Request to speak with a human.

  3. Submit your report details.

Custom Reports are fee-based, but we'll chat more about that when you message us through the widget!

What to Include in Your Request

Provide as much detail as possible to ensure accurate results.

Include:

  • Desired report name

  • Specific data points to include

  • Columns you want featured

  • Preferred column names (if applicable)

  • Any formatting preferences

The more details you provide, the more accurately your report can be built.
