But if you’re looking for something more tailored, you can always request a Custom Report by contacting us through the Messages Widget in the bottom right-hand corner of your Site Manager Dashboard. To speak to one of our Customer Experience agents, be sure to say "speak to a human" or "speak to a human agent" when interacting with the AI chatbot.
If our Standard Reports don’t include the data you need in the format you prefer, a Custom Report can bridge that gap.
When submitting your request, be sure to include:
The desired name of the report
The specific information you want it to include
The columns you'd like featured in the report
Any preferences for column names
The more details you provide, the better we can create a report that fits your exact needs!
