How Site Managers can contact our elite Customer Experience team

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Contact our Support Team as a Site Manager

  • Regain access if you can’t log in

  • Know who to reach out to if you’re a volunteer or user

For Site Managers

If you’re a Site Manager, you can reach our Customer Experience Team directly through the blue Message Widget on your Site Manager Dashboard.


This is the best way to get quick answers or help with your site setup, data, or account features.

To send us a message:

  1. Log in to your Site Manager Dashboard.

  2. Click the blue Message Widget (bottom right corner).

  3. Choose “Speak to a human” to connect with a support agent.

You can also search the Knowledge Center anytime for step-by-step guides on managing your site.

If You Can’t Log In

If you’re a Site Manager but can’t access your dashboard, email us at support@galaxydigital.com and include:

  • Your name

  • Your organization’s name

  • The email associated with your Site Manager account

We’ll help you get back in as quickly as possible.

For Volunteers or General Users

If you’re a volunteer or participant, your Site Manager is the best person to assist you.


They can help you with:

  • Logging in or resetting your password

  • Finding or joining opportunities

  • Questions about hours or schedules

Each site has its own dedicated manager who supports volunteers directly—so you’ll always get help that’s specific to your organization.

(If you’re not sure who your Site Manager is, look for their contact info on your organization’s volunteer site under “Contact Us” or “About.”)
