The Sustain platform offers a comprehensive set of training and onboarding resources for Site Managers under Get Connected. These resources include interactive sessions, self-paced learning modules, and dedicated support options to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.

Overview of Training Resources

  • Liftoff Call: A personalized onboarding call with an onboarder to discuss goals, launch plans, resources, and follow-up steps.

  • Sustain Site Manager Training: An online, self-paced training covering both basic and advanced site management skills.

  • Open Zoom Lab: Live drop-in assistance for troubleshooting every Thursday at 3 PM EST.

  • Customer Experience Team Assistance: Contact us via the Messages Widget found in the bottom-right corner of the Site Manager dashboard for assistance.

If you'd like to speak to one of our Customer Experience agents, be sure to say "speak to human" or "speak to human agent" when interacting with the AI chatbot.

Guided Walkthroughs

If you wish to complete a course that guides you through setting up your site and more, please see Sustain Onboarding Training to sign up and get started! This training program requires a separate account, distinct from your site manager credentials. Additionally, after completing the training, you will receive two emails confirming your profile and providing platform access. Be sure to check your spam folder if you cannot locate these emails.
