You can deactivate Qualifications whenever necessary; however, if a waiver is assigned to a Qualification, you won't be able to deactivate it until you remove it.
ℹ️ So you know: Some sites use language overrides. This means you may see Needs instead of Opportunities or Agencies instead of Programs. You may also notice your menu options are different from those in the examples since all sites are set up differently.
How to Deactivate a Qualification
Go to Volunteerism > Qualifications.
Click the (X) under the Options column to deactivate a Qualification.
A pop-up will appear for you to confirm your selection.
This does not deactivate any waivers attached to the Qualification.
