Welcome to your Admin Panel—your central hub for managing employee engagement and tracking impact. Here, you’ll see a high-level view of your active promotions, year-to-date volunteer hours, and key participation metrics.

You can also access all core features from this dashboard, including Users, Locations, Reports, and more, making it easy to oversee activity, measure outcomes, and support your CSR goals.

To access your Admin Panel, select your profile in the top right-hand corner and click Admin Panel. This is what it looks like:

Here, you can find a list of your current users. Select a user's name to access their profile and view their status, role, and location. This is also where you can import or invite users to your site or export the list!

Here are the locations where corporate volunteerism events and opportunities take place. You can set them up by district, region, state, store number, or another unique identifier.

Here are your reports. You can find information about how many volunteers are on your site, your locations, volunteer hours, and more. Select a report. You can then filter or export it as necessary.

Here, you'll find the Volunteer Centers (VCs) directory. VCs are community-based platforms where organizations can post volunteer opportunities. This is also where you can connect with VCs to request a project.

Set up the look of your site with a branded logo and banner under the Site Design tab. Under the Account and Billing tab, manage your account, update your billing information, or add/remove admins.
