How it works
Volunteer Link for Employees
Your employees get a Global Profile that keeps all their volunteer activity in one place—no need to manage multiple accounts. Employees sign into your Volunteer Link site to explore and join projects in their community.
Volunteer Link for Your Projects
Through the platform, you can work directly with Volunteer Centers and Mobilizers to plan custom volunteer experiences—virtual, in-person, hybrid, or on your premises.
Each project your company requests may include a fee, depending on the Volunteer Center or Mobilizer, to ensure your employees have a great experience, without placing a burden on the nonprofit.
This fee covers planning, materials, and staff time to support a smooth, high-impact effort for everyone involved.
Please note: There isn’t a guarantee that Volunteer Centers or Mobilizers will accept all of your project requests. That decision is up to their discretion and may depend on factors like budget, capacity, and whether the request is a good fit with the Volunteer Center or Mobilizer.
