Setting Up Your Profile
It's time to set up your profile for Volunteer Link. This information appears on the front end to corporate volunteers when they navigate to your profile through Volunteer Link. These are set up and managed through each Agency's profile, from the Agency Manager Dashboard.
Site Managers can edit the Agency Manager's profile if they need to help them set this up, or they can assume the Agency Manager's account and complete this task; however, we do encourage Agency Managers to complete this setup themselves.
Editing the Core Profile for an Agency
Go to Volunteerism > Agencies.
Select the Agency.
Turn On the Connect to Volunteer Link button.
You can also enable automatic promotion of Opportunities through Volunteer Link.
Be sure to update the following fields:

Click Update Core Profile.
We also recommend adding a branded Agency Logo if there isn't one already.
Assuming an Agency Manager's Account

Select the Agency.
Click Assume Primary MGR. This logs you out of your Site Manager account.
Go to the Edit tab from the Agency Manager Dashboard.

We also recommend adding a branded Agency Logo if there isn't one already.
Designating a Corporate Point of Contact
While Agency Managers are the ones responsible for setting up and managing their profiles for Volunteer Link, Site Managers can appoint a Corporate Point of Contact (POC) through their site Settings.
