Overview of Promos

Promos highlight the key Causes, volunteer Opportunities, or Events you want to feature on your Volunteer Link site. These spotlights appear to employees when they access the platform, helping guide attention to initiatives that align with your company’s purpose and community goals.

How to Add a Promo

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click Edit Promo for the item you want to update.

  2. Drag an image or click the Image field to upload a new one.

  3. Enter a Promo title—this will be the text displayed to employees.

  4. Use the Promotion dropdown to choose which item (Cause, Opportunity, or Event) to feature.

  5. Click Save promo to publish.
