Sustain Open Zoom

Open Zoom is your chance to ask questions and connect with other organizations using Galaxy Digital. Hosted by two Customer Experience experts, this session is all about brainstorming, sharing ideas, and learning from fellow site managers. Best of all, it’s exclusive to Sustain users, so you'll be networking with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, food banks, churches, and more!

Before the session: Join a few minutes early to test your audio and (optional) camera settings. If you registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folders.

When

We host Open Zoom sessions for Sustain Clients every Thursday at 3 pm EST. These sessions are recurring, allowing site managers to plan and attend regularly for ongoing support and collaboration.

What to Expect

In each Open Zoom session, two experts from our Customer Experience team will answer your questions, provide resources, and share tips. Additional team members may join occasionally as they learn the ropes!

You’ll also be joined by other Sustain Site Managers who are there to share ideas and ask questions. It's a great chance to see what other Site Managers are discussing.

You’ll be attending alongside other single-cause organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, food banks, churches, and more!

How to Prepare

The best way to prepare is by writing down your questions ahead of time. Keep in mind that this is an open forum, so we can’t pull up individual client sites during the session. Here are some example questions that work well in this setting:

  • How do I customize a program profile page?

  • How can I boost volunteer engagement?

  • Is there a way to upload files to my site?

These are general questions that encourage discussion and allow everyone to learn!

What Not to Ask

We encourage you to keep your questions general, as we cannot access client sites during the session. Please avoid questions like:

  • Why are hours missing from John Smith's profile?

  • Why isn’t my check-in kiosk launching?

  • What happened to the Event I just posted?

The Open Zoom is not the place for site-specific troubleshooting or product suggestions.

Open Zoom Etiquette

To ensure a productive and respectful session, we ask that all clients:

  • Be respectful to our Customer Experience team and fellow Sustain clients.

  • Share the space—take turns asking questions and receiving guidance.

  • Avoid asking questions specific to your site’s data or issues.
