Getting Started
- Go to Settings > Main Settings > Site Information.
- Enter your Organization Name. This appears on the front end of the site, in emails, and more.
- Add your Organization Website.
- Select the Default Manager Account from the dropdown menu. This lets us know who to contact if we have any questions about your site.
- Add your Organization EIN. You can check the box beside We don't have an EIN if this field doesn't apply to your organization.
- Select a Primary Cause that aligns with your organization's main objective.
- Select a Nonprofit Category. This describes what type of organization your nonprofit is and isn't visible to volunteers.
- Add your site's logo (150px by 150px) by clicking Choose File and selecting the file you wish to upload.
- Enter your Organization Phone and Organization Zip Code.
- Include a detailed description in the Who We Are field. This should include any important background information about your Organization, where you started, and where you're headed. This is a great place to share your mission statement and organization goals.

- When you're finished, click Update Site Information to save your changes.
Important Notes
- Updating Who We Are and What We Do here does not change these same fields for individual Programs. Those are managed separately by Advanced Program Managers.
- The information you enter here provides key organization details to companies and nonprofits through Volunteer Link.
- If Volunteer Link is enabled, your site information will display in your public profile for others using Volunteer Link to connect with nonprofits.
