❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Center Site Managers.

Home page images let you personalize your site, add branding, and are a great way to highlight your organization's mission or work!

Logos play a fundamental role in branding and ensuring your site's design reflects your organization's identity. Adding appropriate images can also resonate with the audience you aim to engage.

Managing Home Page Images and Logos

  1. Go to Settings > Main Settings > Home Page.

  2. Click Choose File beside Home Page Image and select the image file. Ensure the image size is 1600px by 210px for optimal display.

The home page image appears under the site banner on the front end of your site when a user signs up or logs in. Ensure your uploaded image meets these requirements to avoid display issues.

Note: Images smaller than the recommended specifications may appear blurry or stretched, especially for banners.

Troubleshooting Home Page Image Issues

If your home page image isn't displaying correctly, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Perform a hard refresh using Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

  • Clear your browser cache to ensure you see the latest updates.

  • Check your browser's zoom settings and ensure they're set to 100%.

  • Access the website in incognito mode or switch to a different browser to rule out local display issues.

Temporary technical glitches might also cause issues. Refreshing the browser and checking for updates from the technical team can address such situations.

Removing home page images

  1. Go to Settings > Main Settings > Home Page.

  2. Check the box beside check to remove image.

Understanding Site Layout and Design Choices

Certain display aspects, like extra spaces between headers and footers on larger screens or specific zoom levels, are part of the site's responsive design framework. This adaptive design ensures seamless viewing across different devices and screen sizes. Notably, these variations in appearance do not indicate errors, but deliberate design choices.
