❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Center Site Managers.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • Upload a home page image to personalize your site

  • Troubleshoot common display issues

  • Remove a home page image when needed

  • Understand design elements that affect your site’s layout

Managing Home Page Images and Logos

  1. Go to Settings > Main Settings > Home Page.

  2. Click Choose File beside Home Page Image and select the image file. Ensure the image size is 1600px by 210px for optimal display.

The home page image appears under the site banner on the front end of your site when a user signs up or logs in. Ensure your uploaded image meets these requirements to avoid display issues.

Note: Images smaller than the recommended specifications may appear blurry or stretched, especially for banners.

Troubleshooting Home Page Image Issues

If your home page image isn't displaying correctly, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Perform a hard refresh using Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

  • Clear your browser cache to ensure you see the latest updates.

  • Check your browser's zoom settings and ensure they're set to 100%.

  • Access the website in incognito mode or switch to a different browser to rule out local display issues.

Temporary technical glitches might also cause issues. Refreshing the browser and checking for updates from the technical team can address such situations.

Removing home page images

  1. Go to Settings > Main Settings > Home Page.

  2. Check the box beside check to remove image.

Understanding Site Layout and Design Choices

Your site uses a responsive design that adjusts automatically to fit different devices and screen sizes.

Extra spacing or layout changes between headers and footers are intentional design elements—these variations help maintain a consistent and accessible user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
