Email From Name

Be sure to click Update Email Settings to save your changes.
Email From Address
We highly recommend using the default no-reply@galaxydigital.com email, since other email addresses may be sent to spam folders. If you wish to change this email, you will need to verify it through Amazon Web Services (AWS) before using it.
Go to Settings > Main Settings > Emails.
Enter the email address you wish to add in the Email From Address field and click the Click if this email address needs to be verified button.
Re-enter the email address if necessary and click Submit.
Follow the steps in your email from AWS to finish verifying the new Email From Address.
Be sure to click Update Email Settings to save any changes you make.
This process only verifies the email and adds it to your options for sending email blasts. You'll need to go back to your site Settings to change the "from" email address.
Missing AWS verification email
If you didn't receive the verification from AWS, you may need to add them to your personal or business email contacts list that you plan to use as your new from email address.
Add no-reply-aws@amazon.com to the contact list that you plan to use as your new from email address. Adding them to your contact list or using other methods for safe listing prevents the verification email from being sent to your spam folder automatically or bouncing.
Go to Settings > Main Settings > Emails > Email From Address and click the Click if this email address needs to be verified button.
Enter the email address and click Submit
Allow a few minutes for the email to send, then go to your inbox and search for emails from no-reply-aws@amazon.com.
The subject line for the verification email is "Amazon Web Services - Email Address Verification Request in region US East (N. Virginia)". You can also search for the email by this subject line.
Once you have the email, follow the link in the email to complete the verification process!
To check if your new from email address is verified, go to Communication > Email Blast and click the Select From Address dropdown.
Disable Email Delivery
You can also stop all site emails and notifications, except the reset password notification, from being sent from your site.
Go to Settings > Main Settings > Emails.
Toggle the button beside Disable Email Delivery to On.
Be sure to click Update Email Settings to save your changes.
Please note, the reset password email will still be triggered even when this feature is disabled.
To re-enable email delivery, simply toggle this Off. Be sure to click Update Email Settings to save your changes.
FAQ
Q. Why can’t I use my Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook address as my “From” email?
A. These email providers often flag outgoing messages sent through third-party systems as spam or phishing attempts. Using no-reply@galaxydigital.com or a verified business domain ensures higher deliverability.
Q. What happens if I delete a verified “From” email address?
A. Once deleted, the address will be removed from your list of verified senders. Any email blasts using that address will fail to send until you select or verify a new one.
Q. Why is my custom email still sending from no-reply@galaxydigital.com?
A. After verifying your custom address through AWS, you still need to select it in your site’s Email From Address field and click Update Email Settings.
