Users: Programs—Amplify Sites

Information for Amplify Site Managers about the Programs tab on a user's profile

❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Amplify Site Managers.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • View a user’s assigned Programs

  • Assign or remove a user from a Program

  • Review Programs a user manages or facilitates

  • Assume a Program role to view it from the user’s perspective

Viewing Assigned Programs

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Users.

  2. Select the user.

  3. Click the Programs tab.

  4. Review the Assigned Programs table to see Programs the user is enrolled in.

Assigning a User to a Program

  1. In the Programs tab, click Select Program.

  2. Choose a Program from the dropdown.

  3. Click Add.

Removing a User from a Program

In the Assigned Programs table, click the X next to the Program you want to remove.

Programs Managed

Review Programs where the user is assigned as Program Manager in the Programs Managed table.

Note: Program Manager and Advanced Program Manager are interchangeable terms.

Assume and View Program

In the Programs Managed table, click Assume and View Program to see the Program from the manager’s perspective.

Remove as Program Manager

In the Programs Managed table, click Remove as Program Manager next to the Program you want to remove the user from.

Facilitator Access

Review Programs where the user is a Program Facilitator under the Facilitator Access table.

Assume and View Program

In the Facilitator Access table, click Assume and View Program to see the Program from the facilitator’s perspective.

Remove as Facilitator

In the Facilitator Access table, click Remove as Facilitator next to the Program you want to remove the user from.
