Assigned Programs
See which Programs a user is assigned to.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Review the Programs they're assigned to as a user under the Assigned Programs table.
Assign to a Program
You can quickly assign a user to a Program from here.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Click Select Program to select one from the dropdown.
Click Add to finish.
Remove from Program
You can quickly remove a user from a Program here:
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Click the X in the Options column for the Program(s) you want to remove the user from under the Assigned Programs table.
Programs Managed
See which Programs a user is assigned as an Advanced Program Manager.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Review the Programs they manage under the Programs Managed table.
Advanced Program Manager and Program Manager are the same user role type. You may see these terms used interchangeably on the site.
Assume and View Program
You can assume an Advanced Program Manager's role and review the Program they manage from their perspective here.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Under Programs Managed table, click Assume and View Program for the one you want to review.
Remove as Program Manager
You can quickly remove a user from a Program that they manage here.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Under Programs Managed table, click Remove as Program Manager for the Program(s) you want to remove the user from as an Advanced Program Manager.
Facilitator Access
See which Programs a user is assigned as a Program Facilitator.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Review which Programs the user is assigned as Program Facilitator under the Facilitator Access table.
Assume and View Program
You can assume a Program Facilitator's role and review the Program they oversee from their perspective here.
Go to Volunteerism > Users.
Select a User.
Select the Programs tab.
Under the Facilitator Access table, click Assume and View Program for the one you want to review.
Remove as Facilitator
You can quickly remove a user from a Program that they oversee.
