Users: User Groups—Amplify Sites

❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Amplify Site Managers.

By the end of this article, you will be able to:

  • View the User Groups a user belongs to

  • Edit User Group Question Responses

  • Remove a user from a User Group

User Groups

The User Groups tab shows every User Group the selected user is part of. From here, you can edit their responses to any custom join questions or remove them from a group.

To review or update User Groups:

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Users.

  2. Select a User.

  3. Click the User Groups tab.

Edit Question Responses

  • Click the pencil icon in the Options column.

  • This icon only appears if the User Group has custom Join Questions.

Remove From a User Group

  • Click the X in the Options column for the group you want to remove the user from.
