Center Site Managers: Customizing the Site Manager Dashboard

❖ Heads up! This article is only intended for Center Site Managers.

Your dashboard can be customized to show key performance data at a glance each time you log in. Select the specific metrics you want to display. For reference, an example configuration of Agency performance reporting is provided.

Dashboard options may vary by site configuration.

Manager View

  1. Log in to your manager account.

  2. Make sure you're in the Manager view—this is the default view when you log in with your manager account.

  3. Click Edit beside Dashboard.

  4. Start customizing how you want your dashboard to look!

Building the Dashboard

  1. Click an Add Row button to add sections to your dashboard.

  2. Click Add Content to Row.

  3. Select the Content Type.

    • Editing fields will vary based on your selection. For a quick Agency performance review, choose Chart content types.

    • Use your dashboard to quickly track Agency performance, including views, posted volunteer Needs, Need responses, Fans, and more.

  4. Fill out the necessary fields for that Content Type.

  5. When you're finished, click Submit Page.

Preview Your Changes

Use the Preview Dashboard button to see what it looks like before you hit Submit Page.

Editing Your Dashboard

Use the Move Row Up and Move Row Down buttons to rearrange rows. To adjust individual content pieces, use the Move Left and Move Right buttons.

Adding Additional Content

To add more metrics to your dashboard, use the Add Content to Row button to add more pieces of data.

You can also select Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom to add more rows in those areas.

Agency Performance Example

Your site offers multiple ways to review data for Agencies, including:

  • Access to detailed reports in the Reports section

  • An overview of volunteer Need responses in the Responses area that includes information about which Agencies’ Needs have the highest engagement

  • A customizable dashboard for a quick snapshot of key metrics
