Overview
Your dashboard can be customized to show key performance data at a glance every time you log in. You can select which metrics to display and arrange them for quick access to the information that matters most.
If you are a Sustain Site Manager, you have primary responsibility for dashboard customization—managing the layout, selecting metrics, and aligning the setup with your organization’s goals.
Dashboard options may vary based on your site’s configuration.
Manager View
Log in to your manager account.
Make sure you're in the Manager view—this is the default view when you log in with your manager account.
Click Edit beside Dashboard to start customizing.
Building the Dashboard
Click one of the Add Row buttons to add sections to your dashboard.
Click Add Content to Row.
Select the Content Type.
Fill out the necessary fields for that Content Type.
When you're finished, click Submit Page.
Editing fields will vary based on your selection. For a quick Program performance review, choose Chart content types.
Preview Your Changes
Use the Preview Dashboard button to see what it looks like before you hit Submit Page.
Editing Your Dashboard
Use the Move Row Up and Move Row Down buttons to rearrange rows. To adjust individual content pieces, use the Move Left and Move Right buttons.
Adding Additional Content
To add more metrics to your dashboard, use the Add Content to Row button to add more pieces of data.
You can also select Add Row to Top or Add Row to Bottom to add more rows in those areas.
Program Performance Example
Your site offers multiple ways to review data for Programs, including:
Access to detailed reports in the Reports section
An overview of volunteer Opportunity responses in the Responses area that includes information about which Programs’ Opportunities have the highest engagement
A customizable dashboard for a quick snapshot of key metrics

Q. Who can customize the dashboard?
A. Only Site Managers and Sustain Site Managers have access to customize dashboards.
Q. Will dashboard changes affect all users?
A. Yes. Changes made by a Site Manager or Sustain Site Manager apply to all users with dashboard access.
Q. Can I revert changes after editing?
A. Not automatically. You can, however, manually rearrange or remove content at any time to restore your preferred layout.
