A guide for Center Site Managers about managing images with Rotator Images

Enhance your site with the Rotator Images tool—a clickable carousel to spotlight announcements, events, or volunteer highlights. Add up to 12 images for maximum impact without overwhelming your visitors.

Rotator Images Requirements

Images must be a .png or .jpg and 1000 x 600px in size.

Adding Rotator Images

  1. Go to Settings > Rotator Images.

  2. Click Upload Image, select the image file, and click Open.

  3. Select Add New Image.

  4. Your image now appears on the main dashboard of your site.

Add Link to New Rotator Image

You can make Rotator Images clickable by adding a link, either when uploading or by editing later. To add a link during upload, paste the desired URL into the Target URL field before selecting Add New Image.

Add Link to Existing Rotator Image

  1. Click Edit under the Target URL column for that image.

  2. Copy and paste the target URL into the empty field.

  3. Click Update to save your changes.

Editing Rotator Images

You can remove, reorder, or update image URLs at any time. If you regularly promote events or volunteer Needs, be sure to keep these images current. Rotator Images appear front and center on your volunteer dashboard.

Removing Rotator Images

  1. Go to Settings > Rotator Images.

  2. Click the (X) under Delete beside the image you wish to remove.

Reordering Rotator Images

  1. Click and drag the three lines to the left of each image.

  2. You can reorder them by clicking and dragging them to wherever you want them in the slideshow lineup.
