Common Issues
Here are some commonly reported issues Site Managers have when accessing their Site Manager account, and steps to resolve them:
Forgotten Password
Go to any volunteer site where you're registered and click Login from the top menu bar.
Enter your email address and click Next.
Click Forget your password?
Confirm your email and click Send password reset email.
Check your email for a verification code. Copy and paste that code into the Code field. If you don't see the email in your inbox, you may have to check your spam folder.
Enter a new password and confirm it, then click Update Password.
You're now ready to sign in with your new password!
Check out this video, Resetting Your Password, which walks you through these steps.
Password Requirements
Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 8 characters in length. Do not include spaces. They must also include a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
Password Reset Issues
If you didn't receive the email with the reset password notification, please check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. You can also search by the subject of "Lost Password Reset".
Missing Manager Button
If you don't see the Manager button in the top menu bar, it means you do not have Site Manager access. To gain access, please contact another Site Manager or the people who own the site. They can help you get the access you need.
Deactivated Account
If you’ve lost access to your Site Manager account or accidentally deactivated it, contact us via the Message Widget in the corner of your screen and ask to speak to a human agent for assistance.
